Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Communicate daily with project team, clients, and contractors regarding project issues.
- Utilize technical expertise to answer questions and resolve issues.
- Monitor budget with an emphasis on profitability.
- Lead the project team and communicate detailed project information.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist with business development and facilitate client meetings.
- Develop scope of work for MDOT projects and prepare proposals.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Technical expertise in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in budgeting and project management.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with MDOT and other agencies.
- PE License required.
