Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee development and administration of Medicaid and Commercial Compliance Programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify compliance risks.
- Chair the Express Scripts Medicaid Compliance Committee.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and compliance work plans.
- Respond to compliance inquiries from regulators and partners.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze regulations and legal documents.
- Team leadership and management capabilities.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 12+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 6-10 years in Healthcare Compliance or related oversight.
- Strong background in Medicaid and PBM compliance programs.
