Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Lead BI & Reporting efforts in the Americas region, enhancing and streamlining the BI platform.
- Build relationships with business users to improve decision-making through data insights.
- Develop new BI reporting solutions and ensure they meet customer needs.
- Enable self-service BI through tool management and training.
- Partner with global teams in technology and project delivery.
Required Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Power BI development and solution design.
- Effective communication skills with global stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative spirit and customer-first mindset.
- Passion for digital data and AI.
Required Experiences
- Intermediate experience in BI or related roles (Reporting, Analytics, Data).
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working in a large, complex organization.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level BI & Reporting products (e.g., Synapse, Power Platform).
