Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Assist in project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate communications among stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Review RFPs, bids, and contracts.
- Participate in site visits for quality control and safety compliance.
- Manage project change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Collaborate with the project team for milestones.
