Job Duties:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, and state laws
- Communicate HR/Safety policies to team members and management
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Track applications and new hire documentation
- Monitor safety programs and inventory supplies
- Represent the company at unemployment hearings
- Conduct performance evaluations and team member investigations
