Job Duties:
- Gather and document technical requirements with Account Representatives.
- Create work breakdown structures and project schedules using Workfront®.
- Organize weekly project meetings with stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust as necessary.
- Perform technical research for development issues.
- Provide process improvement ideas.
- Document customized application processes.
- Lead project teams to achieve milestones.
- Assist Management and Client Services in resolving issues.
- Learn Workfront® and FSSI internal tools.
