Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional service for Self-Service and Enterprise customers.
- Support various deployment models (Self Hosted, Dedicated, Serverless).
- Develop technical expertise in CockroachDB.
- Identify patterns in customer issues and suggest product improvements.
- Collaborate with Documentation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Create Runbooks & Playbooks to streamline issue resolution.
- Participate in on-call support model.
- Reproduce technical issues for resolution.
