Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the development of design documents for transportation projects.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Perform design work and serve as Engineer of Record.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Required Skills:
- Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)
- Alaska PE license
- Design experience (minimum 6 years)
- Strong communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Team collaboration
Required Experiences:
- Experience with Alaska DOT&PF or Municipality of Anchorage
- Familiarity with AutoCAD C3D, Infraworks, and ProjectWise
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proposal writing and marketing experience
