Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage public works projects, including client liaison, agency coordination, scheduling, and budget.
- Lead multi-disciplined project teams and serve as a liaison between City staff and other technical groups.
- Prepare engineering project proposals, task orders, and City Council Staff Reports.
- Develop and implement project programs, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct public outreach and participate in workshops.
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management, budgeting, and design work.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and engineering report preparation.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in civil engineering design and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is required.
