Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Manage ongoing relationships with stop loss carrier clients.
- Develop client plans based on business knowledge and healthcare trends.
- Conduct client meetings, interpret trends, and recommend performance improvements.
- Collaborate with claims and finance departments.
- Ensure successful renewal of existing business and troubleshoot service issues.
- Participate in special projects and conferences.
2. Required Skills:
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce software.
3. Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 3+ years of client management experience.
- Experience in the Health Plan industry or with stop loss insurance preferred.
