Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scope:
- Source, develop, and post targeted local content for real estate companies.
- Facilitate agent engagement and achievement through social media.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic social media initiatives.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content to boost customer engagement.
- Provide monthly engagement reports and analyze social media metrics.
2. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social analytics, SEO, and platform management.
- Strong writing, proof-reading, and communication skills.
- Experience with content creation and video editing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
3. Required Experience:
- 2-4 years in a social media marketing or digital media role.
- Past agency experience and knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Four-year degree in media, marketing, or communications.
- Experience training social media concepts in various settings.
