Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Lead BI & Reporting contact in the Americas, enhancing and streamlining the BI platform.
- Build relationships with business users to leverage data for decision-making.
- Develop new BI Reporting solutions and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Provide ongoing management of BI tools and deliver training for self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams and instill a customer-first culture.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for development and solution design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative spirit with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for digital, data, and AI in a data-driven environment.
Required Experiences:
- Intermediate experience in a BI or related role (Reporting, Analytics, Data).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of enterprise-level Microsoft BI & Reporting products.
- Experience in an agile team environment and preferably in the insurance sector.
