Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Provide leadership to Quality Food Safety department.
- Promote food safety culture through education and policy enforcement.
- Ensure product quality and food safety compliance.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Maintain document control for bakery documentation.
- Lead third-party audits (SQF, AIB).
- Drive continuous improvement using LEAN tools and 5S.
