Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Manage the project team and develop the project plan for ERP implementation.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a detailed project plan with milestones and budget.
- Monitor and report on project performance to the ERP Project Steering Committee.
- Coordinate resources, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems.
- Understanding of business process improvement.
- Familiarity with Order to Cash and Advance Warehousing processes.
Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing ERP implementations.
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
