Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Execute new business development strategies as a founding Sales Manager in the US market.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to transaction closing.
- Conduct discovery meetings, needs analysis, and craft tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with Campaign Managers to present comprehensive marketing solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new customers to enhance service value.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of social media trends.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B Sales Account Management experience, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency.
- Proven track record of engaging new clients and managing negotiations with senior management.
