Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes
- Supervise and mentor a team of Community Compliance Specialists.
- Oversee HOA and Municipality compliance processes, including handling violations and obtaining permits.
- Conduct due diligence for new acquisitions and existing properties.
- Manage resident application processes and collaborate with leasing teams.
- Maintain documentation and prepare reports on compliance metrics.
2. Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HOA regulations and municipal codes.
- Proficient in project management and compliance tracking software.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Required Experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in property management, real estate compliance, or HOA management.
- Experience managing compliance across multiple properties in different regions preferred.
