Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Serve as the initial triage point for security-related tickets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for timely ticket triage.
- Document incident actions and reporting accurately.
- Respond to phishing attacks and assist affected users.
- Collaborate with development teams to enforce security best practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with security tools (e.g., Splunk, CrowdStrike EDR).
- Strong communication skills for non-technical user interactions.
- Understanding of incident response lifecycle and security frameworks (e.g., MITRE).
- Ability to document effectively and write SOPs.
- Experience with various operating systems and scripting.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of IT security experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, GCIH, GSEC).
- Familiarity with cloud-based architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
