Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes:
- Conduct QA audits for new product releases.
- Analyze and improve LandaGPT integration (AI bot).
- Troubleshoot user issues and communicate with engineering teams.
- Create automations and optimize user documentation.
- Enhance onboarding tools primarily using Python and Bash.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python (minimum 1 year).
- SQL experience and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Tech-savvy with ability to navigate complex systems.
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 1 year of coding experience in Python.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, and familiarity with various tech stacks.
- Experience in investing or managing an investment portfolio is a plus.
