Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Create, update, and enforce safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Focus on compliance for Imports, Exports, Dangerous Goods, and Supply Chain Security.
- Review shipping for compliance, including export licenses and duty drawbacks.
- Maintain internal control procedures and host training sessions on compliance.
- Manage day-to-day projects as directed by management.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of AD/CVD, PGA’s, and USHTS.
- Strong written communication and technical writing skills.
- Intellectual problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
Required Experiences
- 5+ years of experience with US customs and facilitating import/export of products.
- 5+ years of direct USHTS classification experience, preferably with medical devices.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Licensed Customs Broker (preferred).
