- Support timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain discretion.
Required Experiences:
- Enrollment in a business program, preferably in Insurance or Risk Management.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
