Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Oversee IT program portfolio to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly deliveries.
- Develop and implement PMO strategies and standards.
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
- Ensure accurate program reporting to leadership.
- Enhance program management processes and tools.
- Lead and coach the program management team.
- Design and monitor department policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Influencing, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Ability to define and implement processes effectively.

Required Experiences:
- Proven experience in IT program management and leading PMO functions.
- PMP and Agile certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience managing complex programs.
