Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Assist the Territory Manager in marketing strategies for events.
- Execute in-person sales with prospective clients.
- Process and track event sales.
- Train new retail marketing representatives.
- Participate in the ongoing development of marketing representatives.
Required Skills:
- Marketing/Advertising knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
- Proactive self-starter with an outgoing personality.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Advertising, or Sales OR 1-3 years in marketing, sales, customer service, or retail.
- Experience in team environments such as sports, Greek life, or extracurricular activities.
