Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Investigate insider risk matters end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct interviews with reporting parties, witnesses, and subjects.
- Work with legal, compliance, and HR to ensure alignment with policies.
- Enhance operations and processes for insider risk investigations.
- Represent the Americas region, providing program updates to senior management.
Required Skills
- Strong interviewing and investigative skills, especially regarding technical matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report drafting.
- Technical understanding of cybersecurity concepts and related technologies.
- Ability to leverage strategic and tactical intelligence analysis.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of direct experience in complex investigations or counterintelligence.
- Proven capability in building repeatable processes around insider risk.
