Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Support Total Rewards by enhancing processes and driving initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and Recognition.
- Manage key projects like Benefits Platform and Total Rewards Dashboard.
- Maintain Total Rewards knowledge base for HR Chatbot.
- Conduct performance analysis and risk management.
- Engage in product marketing for Total Rewards initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch)
- Data analysis tools (Datastudio)
- Interpersonal and communication skills
Required Experiences:
- 4+ years in HR projects or Shared Services functions
- 4+ years in product/program management or business analysis
- 3+ years in Total Rewards projects
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS (preferred)
