- Manage USTA Community Tennis consumer web experience.
- Optimize user experience across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital interactions.
- Leverage data analytics for continuous improvement of web experience.
- Implement personalization strategies for user engagement.
- Develop and maintain the digital experience roadmap.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and user experience design.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in digital operations (front-end and back-end).
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
Required Experiences:
- 5+ years in web product management or related digital operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Background in e-commerce, B2C, or consumer-focused industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
