Job Summary:

Job Duties
- Ensure effective monitoring of City contracts and enhance compliance processes.
- Train and manage the compliance team; deliver training and informational sessions.
- Prepare reports and analyze Division activities; represent OBO in working groups.

Required Skills
- Experience in contract compliance and understanding of government procurement processes.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Seven years of progressive professional experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
