Job Duties:
- Serve as product owner for Commercial Insurance Middle Market applications.
- Assist in business process design and documentation.
- Translate business requirements into functional features.
- Manage product backlog and specifications.
- Guide business partners through requirements and testing strategies.
- Oversee system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies and scrum master capabilities.
- Build relationships with platform software vendors.
