Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage global trade compliance activities and projects (CSRD, ESG, CDP).
- Develop and maintain policies for compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws.
- Champion continuous improvement of global trade policies.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in global trade compliance.
- Guide cross-functional teams on product value and classification.
- Conduct trade compliance reviews and internal audits.
- Develop training programs for global trade employees.
- Ensure compliance with EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations.

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in U.S. export/import regulations and global trade compliance.
- Working knowledge of U.S. export control regulations (EAR, OFAC, ITAR).
- Expert knowledge of harmonized tariff schedules and customs practices.
- U.S. Customs Brokers license and Maquiladora experience preferred.
