Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Manage communication regarding project timelines.
- Meet with contractors to discuss project scope.
- Schedule contractors for timely project completion.
- Order basic supplies and stock initial inventory.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager for center openings.
- Handle inbound calls from contractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with other departments onAd Hoc projects.

Required Experiences:
