Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Oversee a large team of compliance staff and manage compliance efforts for business units.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in testing compliance controls and leading discussions with business partners.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain knowledge of relevant laws.
- Lead compliance projects, provide guidance on compliance issues, and execute training programs for adherence to policies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of legal and regulatory environments.
- Deadline-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience and 6 years in management; or 15 years of related experience and 10 years in management.
