Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope
- Establish and implement company-wide compliance policies for import/export transactions.
- Collaborate with governmental agencies to ensure compliance.
- Document compliance activities and maintain regulations.
- Conduct compliance investigations and provide resolutions.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on compliance regulations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of governmental regulations related to trade.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot compliance-related issues in operations and software.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of compliance experience.
- Experience with U.S. international trade regulatory agencies.
- Preferred: US Customs Brokers License, CCS, or CES certification.
