Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead strategy and execution of Brightree’s ReSupply software products.
- Manage end-to-end product innovation from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate across teams to develop product roadmaps and drive customer engagement.
- Represent customer needs in product strategy and engage stakeholders through presentations and advisory boards.
Required Skills:
- Leadership and expertise in SaaS Product Management.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics.
- Experience with AI/ML product development.
- Proficiency in customer journey development and process optimization.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years in software product management.
- Experience in Post-Acute Care, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Consumer Retail.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; Master's degree preferred.
- Product Management Certification from recognized associations.
