Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand production needs.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors and manage event logistics.
- Develop and maintain event budgets and standard operating procedures.
- Supervise stage crew and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Provide communication to staff regarding event expectations.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of venue and event-day operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly during events.
- Proficiency in budget management and coordination.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of five years in Production Management or a related field.
- Experience working with Unions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to execute seamless events under pressure.
