Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Lead project teams and maintain client relations; manage all project phases from marketing to post-construction.
- Establish and execute project goals, strategies, and performance tracking.
- Oversee project financial management, including contracts, fee negotiations, and scheduling.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in financial and risk management.
- Knowledge of federal government projects and regulations (e.g., FAR).
Required Experiences:
- Minimum 12 years in the A/E industry; operational management experience.
- Experience with federal projects (e.g., GSA, Department of Energy).
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Professional Licensure required.
