Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Support and lead projects for the Customer Fulfillment Organization.
- Manage implementation plans and collaborate with FC resources and vendors.
- Evaluate and streamline current working procedures for efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (EHS, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT).
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders for project updates and change requests.
- Identify and manage project risks.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to drive process improvements using data and metrics.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Required Experiences
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with tech and non-tech teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; experience in IT and Networking systems preferred.
