Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Enhance methodology and practices for assessing cybersecurity and technology risk.
- Lead improvements in risk taxonomy and assessment methodologies.
- Champion risk quantification practices and develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide expert guidance across Technology Risk Management (TRM).
- Organize workshops to facilitate risk analysis and measurement.
Required Skills
- Expertise in risk frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to influence and persuade various audiences.
- Proficiency in risk quantification frameworks and data analysis.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in risk management, information security, or technology.
- At least 5 years developing and implementing risk frameworks and methodologies.
- Professional security management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISA).
- Experience in a second-line or oversight role at a financial institution or regulatory agency.
