- Oversee Accommodations Process and Leave Administration
- Develop workforce compliance programs (EEO, I-9, OFCCP)
- Support business continuity through policy reviews
- Establish compliance standards and improve internal controls
- Stay updated on legislative developments
- Draft and update HR policies
- Conduct HR compliance reporting and audits

- Manage project compliance for ad-hoc HR projects
