Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scope:
- Lead design efforts across Snowflake’s UI products.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering on product strategy.
- Advocate for user-centric design through insights and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members for their growth.
- Conduct design reviews and usability testing.
- Manage a diverse team of product and content designers.
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure effective resource scaling.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in software product design, especially complex data-driven applications.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of user workflows and information architecture.
- Passion for emerging design trends and best practices.
Required Experiences:
- 8+ years of experience in software product design.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing design teams.
