Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Maintain developmental, sandbox, and production environments for Creatio CRM.
- Develop and deploy Creatio CRM; resolve bugs in existing code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams; provide technical support.
- Write standard processes and maintain documentation.
- Train end users and support software integration and custom development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, SQL, ASP.NET, CSS, and HTML.
- Data analysis and visualization experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data structures.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
Required Experiences
- Experience with Creatio CRM and similar platforms.
- Analytical experience with complex datasets.
- 2+ years in programming or CRM data analysis roles.
- Experience in a managed services environment preferred.
- Background in project management and hardware troubleshooting.
