Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Develop and deliver scalable, resilient cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Own code end-to-end from design to development.
- Collaborate with senior technical leaders and work across the technology stack.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
- Familiarity with software design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Understanding of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing.
Required Experiences
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
