Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scope:

- Lead onboarding and implementation of new customers across the organization.
- Plan, develop, monitor, and execute project plans.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities and track project timelines.
- Identify and address project roadblocks and communicate project status regularly.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client service.
