Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Analyze complex problems and develop solutions for clients.
- Manage loss reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, and economic capital modeling projects.
- Oversee project execution, client communication, and analyst work review.
- Train and mentor analysts.
- Prepare reports and participate in client meetings.
- Build relationships for business development and assist in proposal preparation.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); R, SAS, SQL, or VBA experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Required Experiences
- BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of actuarial experience in property & casualty, preferably in consulting.
- Near ACAS/FCAS credentials.
