Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Process payroll accurately, including calculations and deductions.
- Resolve employee payroll inquiries.
- Verify timekeeping information with managers.
- Conduct accuracy checks on pay calculations.
- Assist with special event planning (e.g., benefits enrollment).
- Submit reports to accounting.
- Help onboard new hires.
- Use accounting software and HRIS.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payroll tax payments.
