Job Duties:
- Analyze and improve business processes and systems.
- Conduct business systems analysis, data modeling, and process reengineering.
- Configure HRIS systems to meet business requirements.
- Prepare business cases with cost/benefit analysis.
- Design and implement new or enhanced business processes and systems.
- Develop reports and documentation for business processes.
- Train users in new systems and procedures.
- Communicate project status and objectives with stakeholders.
- Perform post-implementation reviews and support.
