Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes
- Manage one or more moderate to high complexity projects within budget and strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project planning, ensuring timely and effective product launches.
- Define and integrate activities for product updates and geographic expansion.
- Develop and maintain launch plans and manage project budgets and resources.
- Prepare project progress reports, identifying trends and proposing recommendations for management.

Required Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to synthesize and integrate information from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

Required Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
- Proven track record of leading high complexity projects from start to finish.
- At least 2 years of direct management/supervisory experience.
- Experience in various areas including R&D, commercial, and quality in a healthcare or medical device setting.
