Job Summary:
Job Duties and Scopes
- Lead and deliver multiple projects, managing a $10M+ annual budget.
- Coach team in project management fundamentals and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate design reviews, manage project changes, and oversee Site Acceptance Testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain for timely material release.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and technical engineering background.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and team leadership.
- High-level professional communication skills.
Required Experiences
- Bachelor's or Master's in engineering or related field.
- Significant experience in customer-facing project management in engineering environments.
- Experience in custom automation equipment and engineering design is a plus.
