Job Summary:
1. Job Duties and Scopes:
- Evaluate compliance for federal assistance awards and develop guidance.
- Manage compliance processes and deliver training.
- Conduct regulatory research and monitor program performance.
- Engage with external partners and coordinate with internal teams.
- Document processes and assist in business development efforts.
2. Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Knowledge of federal regulations, particularly 2 CFR 200 and Title 17.
- Project management skills, with a preference for PMP or Agile certifications.
3. Required Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in federal grant/loan administration.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- 2 years in the energy industry, particularly with DOE or EPA grants.
