Job Summary:

Job Duties and Scopes:
- Oversee portfolio of IT programs, ensuring timely, on-scope, and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement PMO strategies and standards.
- Manage resource allocation to optimize team performance.
- Identify and mitigate program risks.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
- Ensure transparent reporting to IT and business leadership.
- Improve program management processes and tools.
- Lead and coach the program management team.
- Design and monitor department policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in program management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to define and implement processes.
- Problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in IT program management.
- Track record of managing complex programs and leading PMO functions.
- Certifications: PMP, Agile certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
