Job Summary:
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate incident response during outages or service degradations.
- Lead incident support and Crisis Management calls.
- Communicate incident status to customers and executives.
- Monitor customer impacts in real-time during events.
- Conduct post-incident analysis for root cause identification.
- Develop action plans to prevent future incidents.
- Lead initiatives for the Incident Response Team.
- Continuously learn Syniverse products and infrastructure.
