Job Summary:
Job Duties:
- Prepare and file weekly Certified Payroll reports
- Provide training on LCPTracker
- Research filing requirements for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements
- Collaborate with HR and Construction teams for payroll accuracy
- Support special projects as needed
Required Skills:
- LCPTracker experience
- Knowledge of Federal WH-347 and state Certified Payroll requirements
- Data entry proficiency
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills
Required Experiences:
- 4+ years in payroll accounting
- Familiarity with compliance in the construction industry
